Writer · Founder · Community builder
Harsh Snehanshu is a writer, entrepreneur and a serial community-builder.
He graduated from IIT Delhi with a degree in Engineering Physics, attended Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University & studied urban policy at Sciences Po in Paris.
Harsh co-founded YourQuote, a YC-backed writing app with over 8 million users, and Bookmark, a dating app for readers.
He also co-founded Pint of View, India’s largest lecture community, and Cubbon Reads, the world’s largest silent reading community, with chapters in 130+ cities across four continents.
He’s currently organising Asia’s first-ever Lecture FestivalTM, a festival of learning over drinks on 19–20 December 2026 at Jayamahal Palace Grounds, Bengaluru.
Through his decade-long experience in building communities, Harsh has designed a simple framework for building scalable communities with a strong inter-disciplinary ethos. The playbook gives members reasons to return, cracks word of mouth from the time of launch and find believers from the first event.
The course helps you take the community from a mere idea to its first monetised event, and beyond, recovering your course fee in a couple of events. The course ends with hands-on guide to scale your community into a worldwide network of affiliated chapters, and plan something larger, say a festival as has happened with Pint of View!
